Would increasing a womans estrogen make her more feminine?

This is just a general question. I would like to know if a woman took some sort of hormone supplement of estrogen, would she attitude and personality become more feminine? Is the same true for males? If males took testosterone pills would he in return become more masculine? Would he enjoy sports more, you know the male thing? Would this have any affect on organs, like heart, lung or brain? Would this increase their sexual arousal? I think you’ll get the drift.
Also, would this change their tendencies and behavior, or their way of thinking?

The blood chemistry is also changed to a degree by your hormone levels, but it is more the quality of your skin and blood vessels that mean women are more likely to become bruised than men.

Edit: Taking Estrogen (HRT) also places women at a slightly more increased risk of getting a DVT. The risk factor depends on the actual type of HRT being taken. Many surgeons insist on patients stopping their HRT prior to long surgeries for this reason.
