Supplements and lifting
The other day I bought the cell-tech hardcore, nitro-tech hardcore, NO Xplode, Hydroxycut hardcore, anabolic halo, Lipodrene and viral infections. Is it okay to use these supplements at the same time for the next two weeks of lifting and serious excersize? If not, what should I take and how to take them. oh ps im 210 lbs. 6 feet and 16 years old, but I'm not worried about anything, but the right of pre-conference season now for me, please
It's too long to have all the time. Many of these products are not the same, so in essence what is double, which is not recommended. My suggestion is to use absolutely Nitro-Tech Hardcore (Protein Supplement) and Cell Tech Hardcore (creatine supplementation). You can link those with NO Xplode for musclue vasolidation and either the anabolic halo or viral, but not both. Hydroxycut Lipodrene and are both weight loss – or do not recommend using the battery. However, you can start using one or the After another cycle of cell technology and NO Xplode are increasing. Its use can help alleviate some of the weight of water that creatine is placed in you and give a more cutting. It is my failure. Now, my advice is do not take any of these at your age. You must weight up to 18 years and fully developed. At 16 your body still growing and can achieve amazing results with a good diet and exercise. I do not know what supplements can do for you at this young of an age.
